ㅤI would like to request and suggest better training and awareness-raising for the moderation team.
ㅤㅤThe reason for this is that when we file a report on The Hive’s Discord server—whether regarding someone in-game or on the server itself—even when providing concrete evidence, the moderators fail to issue any punishment or even a warning, however minor.
ㅤㅤI have witnessed and reported instances of harassment on the server—directed at me, my friends, and other players—yet it appears that none of the abusive or toxic individuals were punished.
ㅤㅤI am not saying they necessarily need to issue a ban—though that would certainly be ideal—but simply issuing a warning to the reported player to deter future behavior would be a great improvement.
ㅤㅤIt is worth remembering that children also play on the server and fall victim to this in-game harassment and abuse; while the harm may not be physical, the psychological impact is real.
ㅤㅤIt seems these moderators are so indifferent that the crimes, rule-breaking and misconduct occurring on the server do not affect them at all. This bothers me greatly, and I am certain it bothers many other players, yet no one else has the courage to speak up about it. It seems as though the moderators have taken on this role solely to punish whomever they decide.
