This could be nice, but there’s a few issues
- Players tricking others into gifting them costumes
- Players trading costumes, which would most definitely cause scamming
- Players regretting gifting a costume, and not being able to get it back without buying it again
I’m not sure that this would be a good thing to add with these concerns, it would probably cause more harm than it’s worth.

In addition to what thanpixel said, they’d have to make it so you can’t regift gifted costumes, otherwise multiple people could use the same costume, with only one paying for it.
Ex. person A buys a costume. Whenever they get off, they gift it to person B, who gives it back to person A whenever they get off. Both people would be able to use it, but only one would have bought it.
It would also reduce the value of limited time costumes, as people could just have gotten it gifted, instead of earning it when it was available. Finally, it would likely lead to people to beg for costumes a lot more
