Give everyone their final treasure wars stat hub titles (like the ones in bedwars)

This is mre aimed at the player who spent literally Hundreds to THOUSANDS of hours playing treasure wars that only got a few useless xp boosters and maybe a hat if you played in 2023 thats not worth 70k + wins if your @NullKing11 or @Hikqrii but these hub titles are a way to show your previous accomplishment on the hive instead of it all going to waste.
