This would just allow the owner of the cs to pick what items players can start with, whilst at face value this may just be for sky wars I fell like being able to give players blocks when they start in treasure wars would also be good.
Ok but hear me out here:
SkyWars but you start with only a stone axe, and have to mine ores to progress
