I would quit Bedwars if this was added

This might be a little to op, as it would speed up the game but it would give all the power to whoever gets the resource needed to buy the item.
Yes too overpowered. The one spell book I would consider having is a speed spell book but it would also be VERY expensive 
I don’t see how this would improve the game, these aren’t necessary and would instead just be mad annoying.

Oh yes for sure. But the one that I would TOLERATE the addition of is speed.
