What is the bug?
In speed build, quartz related block (such as quartz block, smooth quartz block) is directional, which only placing it on floor or celling is seen correct by the server, although it makes no visual differences, which makes builds slower. This was not the case a week ago, when placing quartz on wall is accepted.
This should affect all devices and versions as this is a server bug.
