Speed berry loopholes and why its too OP

another option is to make ur first berry cost 20, ur second cost 40, ur third cost 60, etc etc. This would retain the chief use of the berries while also mitigating berry spam.

Granted, this is a low-priority change bc while berries r op bows are still better even at close range for pvp.

Or add a counterpart of the speed berry like… slime balls. Imagine that someone is chasing you with Speed ​​and you activate a kind of “viscous fat” as a defense mechanism. When you run, your footsteps leave the ground viscous and that would delay the enemy that is chasing you. It wouldn’t leave him stuck to the ground, it would only slow his speed.

Even the flag capturer would benefit from that, he could use it while fleeing with the enemy flag.

I mean this would make the berries basically unobtainable later, it’s better to nerf them, I think.

how many berries are u using that they become unobtainable? That said, I am also fine just nerfing the pvp aspect of them with any of the methods listed above.

Funnily enough tho I am max lvl I only use 0-1 berries per game(though I buy more than that I just never use them). Anyways, I think speed berries nerf could just simple be shorter, slower, both, or increase the price.
