This is probably going to receive a lot of controversy and arguments but hear me out.
Ever in a situation in solos (or any other gamemode for tw) where you rush your opponent and don’t protect your treasure and once you kill them and destroy their treasure they come back with spawn protection and rush your base in the end taking out your treasure?
I’ve been in that situation. It’s annoying. Like I know it’s good against spawn-killing so maybe perhaps a radius around their shop or like immediate spawn ( accessible to a chest) where they can receive protection for 5 seconds?
Anyways. That’s my suggestion. And by the way, if this is a repeated topic I apologise( plz link me the original) though I did go to search this topic.

This is a great idea, it always annoys me when someone gets my treasure only because of spawn prot, but for now you can counter this by building up a bit when you rush them. I think spawn prot shouldn’t be time based, but within a certain area (for 5 secs) so ppl cant just break your life support. also, please move this to #suggestions:treasure-wars
There’s already a decent amount of spawn protection, it’s certainly enough to grab a sword or some other from your e chest. Dont know what the extra time would add besides you just uncontestedly smacking them off the map. Spawn prot wearing off after your first attack in those 5 secs would balance out the bonus time, but either way this is an issue that stems from the root of what you did, rushing their base with nothing to protect on your end. High risk, high reward. Live with that.
As you said yourself, there is already spawn protection. What exactly would this add?

I believe they are suggesting spawn protection radius, so if you go outside of that radius your spawn protection will be removed instead of it just being timed. So someone won’t be able to run from their base and still have spawn protection.

once the person respawning hits u the protection goes away and if i go outside the island u respawn in the protection also goes away. Think this would be good. Fun fact cuz of spawn protection i bought 2 stone swords and dropped one on purpose so when indie and lost my treasure i picked the sword a 1 tapped them and won. So kinda OP
