there should be a cooldown on invites.

constantly being spammed to join custom servers and parties can become pretty obnoxious furthermore not being able to prevent them without completely turning off invites is just as bad if not worse.

being spammed can cause you to lag if they do it enough. i think there should be a 30 second cooldown. but any cooldown would be ideal.
