Soundtracks can be used for voting. They must choose From Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Sega, Etc. After they choose, they have to select the Game that haves the Soundtrack, For in an Example Mario Kart Wii —> Coconut Mall. Must Votes be select. Video Game Soundtracks are only included.

This is completely out of hives budget, getting the sync licenses for all those song would be near impossible

Hey there. That music is all copyrighted by the companies that made it (Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft etc.) and The Hive did not make it. In the sonic event though, The Hive got the sonic music because they had permission from SEGA to use it. Using such music could get the hive a downfall and copyright strikes.
All music you see in hives videos or hive YouTubers channels are free, non copyrighted music. The music in Hive Videos on there YT channel are made by the hive.
