What is the bug?
The skins of the Mash-Up of Sonic, Star Wars and Ben 10 do not work on the server, I have read that it may be because they affect the gameplay of the game because some are taller, thinner or wider, although the truth is I do not consider that This is true, since I have other Mash-Up and Skin Packs that precisely have taller, thinner or wider skins and work without problem.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug report. We unfortunately have not yet received the data needed from Mojang to support these skins. Once we receive the data for them, they’ll be supported on the Hive.
Some of the skins may be too tall or short, however the one you provided in your screenshot is due to us not having the appropriate data. The Sonic skin pack was supported temporarily during the Sonic event, however has since been dropped without plans of adding support again as the skins are unfair to gameplay.
