When I crouch in Hive, I cannot crawl or go under 1.5 blocks. I think it also happens when I swim that you won’t go in swimming animation.
Short sneaking is useful for PvP.
I agree; it makes no sense that one can’t shorten their hitbox. You can vote for your own post too.

Swimming and 1.5 sneaking have always been planned, but they don’t know when they’ll add it as it’ll mess with every map. They’ll eventually get around to it, but no promises on how soon.

Yeah, that’s the thing, II’ll love too, but every map will be messed up with places where you can leave literally the map i think
