SkyWars weekly item: Insta Zipline & Block Breaker Model V

Hello people, I’m back with another weekly item idea.

Insta Zipline & Block Breaker

It’s completely obvious on what these things do, but how would they work?

Insta Zipline:
-Right-click to launch a zipline that attaches to blocks, which creates a zipline with a max range of 20 blocks.

Each end of the zipline appears on the block you’re standing and the block you attached the zipline to.
(the zipline that appears in your position is elevated to the same height of a minecraft player)

The zipline lasts for 30 seconds and can be used by any player, but breaks after 4 uses. The item itself has a 1 minute cooldown (when used). When using the zipline, the user moves at a speed of 11 Blocks / s.

Block Breaker Model V:
-It breaks blocks (They also hurt players directly, or by getting hit by a “shockwave”) BUT, there is a catch. The faster the player goes the larger the area of effect gets, that means it breaks blocks and damages players with a lot more range. It has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

It’s quite easy to use but let’s clarify some stuff that will happen in some scenarios:
-Hitting a player DIRECTLY
Knockback and damage increases with speed (damage caps at 10HP), will not create a shockwave and does not break blocks

-Shockwave properties?
A max range of 8 blocks, damage caps at 5HP of damage, shockwave launches boomboxes at a 45 degree angle, while players get launched upwards (because getting launched to the void every 5 seconds would be annoying)

-Using it while standing still
You break one singular block, deal 1HP of damage, and barely any knockback, cooldown still applies. Simply useful, definitely do this.

I purposely thought up both of these items to combo well with one another and give the underused spell of swiftness a use. I brainstormed this for quite a while so I appreciate you guys that read this wall of text. And yes, the Block Breaker V is similar to the new mace.

Anyways, what do you guys think? is it Overpowered, Well balanced, or Underpowered?

I feel like the zipline should just be consumed after use, cuz a grappling hook (that’s basically what it is) with a 1min cooldown would be sorta op.

also the block breaker seems fun, like a mace but horizontal and a projectile and not realy like a mace at all.
