What is the bug?
If you pearl on just before death when you respawn on the second life of the Void Walker kit the pearl can then hit the island and kill your second life immediately.

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
After discussing this with the team, we came to the conclusion that this works as intended. If you are using the Void Walker kit, you should know not to risk using a pearl since you have a second life.
This can be considered a caveat of the Void Walker kit.
