Remove Protection 1 Diamond Helmet and make it exclusive to Mystery Chests like Protection 1 Diamond Boots already are.
Replace Respiration 1 Iron Helmet with a Protection 1 Iron Helmet to make it useful
Remove Sharpness 1 Iron Sword (same as Diamond Sword stats)
Possibly Replace Sharpness 2 Iron Sword with Sharpness 1 Diamond Sword
Gold Ore:
Lower the chances of Gold Ore Spawning (please)
Lower the chance of Frozen / Poison boom boxes dropping (much less useful than normal and knockback)
Iron Ore:
Increase drop chance for blocks (discourages bow spamming slightly and helps out players who get no blocks from chests)
Lapis Ore:
Add a Jump Boost Book
Make Fire Trail less common (or just remove it lol)
Spawn Chests:
Make blocks guaranteed in at least 1 chest (so players aren’t guaranteed to lose if they’re unlucky)
Mystery Chest:
Remove Blast Prot. 1 Diamond Chestplate with normal Protection 1 Diamond Chestplate (Boom Boxes don’t deal enough damage to be lethal on their own, therefore Blast Protection is nearly useless.)
Remove Fire Trail Book as a drop
A lot of these may be personal pet peeves but I do think the loot pool could use some work and the game does need some balancing (cough cough PROTECTION 1 HELMET cough cough). Most of the games also do need an update to keep Hive alive, and I feel changing loot pools can be a good start.

Diamond gear in ender chests at mid should also have a smaller weight so it’s harder to just walk up and get full gear. Also, I think this should be put in #suggestions:skywars so we can vote for it.

I agree with this. I also feel that fire charges should be removed entirely since fire swords are better at doing their job and are more common. And before Hive bothers adding protection 1 Diamond Chestplate, they have got to fix the way protection 1 works entirely. Right now, it’s broken.
As for the fire trail spell, it should give you fire resistance when you use it. Otherwise, it’s useless.

we already have prot on everything else it makes it interesting and diamond helmets are like the easiest things to get so i don’t see lots of people using it
i dont want this to be an argument its just a friendly debate
the point of combos is to give others damage while you dont take any so combos will be useless as if the persor who ur comboing is full dia with prot boots and ur hitting them with a stone sword and less armour u will take damage too and it will be easier for the other person to kill you if your combo ends
This isn’t an argument. Multiple people on a thread that i made that holds the forums record here about the respiration helmet wants thorns. Thorns isn’t in the game and won’t hurt anything. Id rather have something new and unique than something old that 3 other armer pieces already have

although you could argue that this is technicly one thing, it’s still a list.

It’s all chance tbh. Some games I get 6 ores of each and other games I’ll get 1 emerald and no diamond. Another reason why Gold Ore spawn rates need to be lowered so people aren’t given 20 gold ore instead of actually useful ores.
