Skywars Game Over Uncorrect location teleport

the game is Skywars (Solo,Duos,Trios,Squads)

The Bug is Happens Uncommonly,The bug Teleports the player to the uncorrect location after game over in skywars.it can usually teleport the player to the void or to other locations. the bug happens to me almost everytime. the bug happens not only to me but other players too.
it happens in every gamemodes like solo,duos,trios and also squads

Iam Playing on Android
Minecraft Version 1.16.40
