This is a suggestion for a joke hat. (Not a joke suggestion.)
It is kinda like the Moai costume in concept because its entire point is to be ridiculously large. It is just a big skyscraper coming out of your head, about 10 pixels long. I don’t have a concept model (yet), but I think this could be a fun addition to the server.
I mean skin pixels. About 2 pixel less than the player’s body.

Well they still plan on adding more rewards to the vip tower in the arcade, this would be perfect for that. Fits the theme perfectly and hats are just wonderful, way better than other cosmetics.

Skin pixels arent bigger then. if you put a player head on a block, it fits perfectly, and if you compare the size of the player head and your head, they are the exact same size

If you put a player head on your head, it is bigger than your head.
7/22/2023 Edit bump: Ok it’s been a while and I am now realizing I never made a concept. 
Anyway, I am now fairly certain that @JJ81611 was correct about skin pixels being the same as block pixels. 
The math
Steve is 2 blocks tall and a skin is 12+12+8 pixels high when worn by a player. That’s 32 pixels, the same amount as in 2 16x16 blocks.
I know Steve is slightly shorter than 2 blocks but that’s because of how the legs are slightly inside the body.
