Explanation of Issue:
I think my suggested text would better in German because it says “You cannot have more than 5 extra hearts active” in english. The affected text would be “You cannot ativate more than 5 extra hearts” which is not wrong but it sounds a bit weird since you dont really activate them but you gain them. I think the word “aktivieren” in German is not exactly right in this sentence.
