I think the map SG4 on survival games should be changed to The Pit or Pit
It keeps bugging when I see:
Mobius
Blossum
Fallen Kingdom
Flashpoint
then I see SG4 and its annoys me.
This is just a small change and I would like and if it is not relevant for the hive’s time then it is ok.
I agree about changing the. Cause I believe it means “Survival Games 4” Which is extremely bland.
SG4 is based on the OG survival games map I believe, that’s why it’s named like that.
But yeah, a name change would be pretty cool ig.
SG4 is a map that many servers use iirc, and potentially the only map Hive has that other servers use. Changing the name causes players from SG on other servers to not know what map it is, even if they have played it many times. This also causes Hive players that don’t know about the update to be confused.

Given the map’s history, it wouldn’t be right to rename it, and as some have already mentioned, it would likely cause some confusion.
The map was originally created by Team Vareide, as part of a series of SG maps built by the team.
Also, in regards to the point about giving credit to the team, The Hive own the rights to all of the Team Vareide maps. Team Vareide was part of The Hive back in the beginning of our Java server, and Vareide himself was one of the four founders of The Hive
