Semi-transparent textures appear black with RTX

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
Global (Most Notably Capture the Flag)

What is the bug?
When playing with Ray Tracing enabled, certain custom models with semi-transparent pixels appear black. Reverts to normal when Ray tracing is turned off. I have tested this, and it is not a result of any texture packs I use.

Windows 10, 1.19.2
