If they have scaffold they usually will have other hacks to, so just report them for any of the other cheats they are using and the moderator will see that on top of the hack you reported them for they also use scaffolding
But i saw some hackers with only scaffold
why is scaffold hacking?
just asking why dont hacker just fly and kill why use scaffold?
the anticheat can easily detect flying i saw someone flying then got kicked after like 10 secs
