What is the bug?
With the new RTX technology, some maps became beautiful, still playable. But because some are not brighten well, or not at all, combined with the fact it’s night time (remaining from Halloween ?), it’s nearly impossible to play on some maps, like the town in Survival : https://i.imgur.com/lCeu8sb.jpg. If you would like me to check where in each map it’s missing lightning, don’t hesitate to ask me, would be a pleasure to help.
Also, in RTX, the players skins show perfectly (some servers don’t, they appear in grey), but the statues are grey.
