This is coming from a point of view of a max in all games grinder.
As we all know, when we reach level 10, 20, 25, 30, 50, 80 and 100. The color your level number is will change. Now personally when you look at the only 2 games to have 100 levels, both with 5 prestiges, theres a slight issue i find with the levels 50-79, also known as the Greens.
In Murder Mystery, the greens take up ~40% of an entire 100 levels grind. And for Treasure wars this is also the case.
I feel like the greens last WAY too long considering theyre not the last colour before level 100, i among others often get heavily demotivated we feel stuck at the greens. Level 80-100 zooms by and 1-49 is lightning fast, but then 50-79 feels like you’re there forever.
So my idea is to change up the levels you reach a new colour at, I’ve drafted an example here
Ive chosen to give each colour up until Greens 10 levels. I hate that yellow and cyan are only 5 levels each. They are finished within a day each.
While Greens has 5 levels less, giving reds 5 levels more makes it the colour youre typically at the longest.
This order i drafted created a steady hill feel to grinding, having 10 → 10 → 10 → 10 → 10 → 25 → 25 would help make a level 100 grind feel more steady, as each color will progressively take longer to progress through which is how i feel it should be!
Theres also a hidden feature within this idea that EVERY max level on EVERY game will get their own unique colour compared to their lower levels. I dont like being a level 75 in deathrun and Skywars yet being the same colour as someone 25 levels below me. People max level in a game deserve to stand out more for the effort they have put in!
