Hello everyone, I would like the KB dory to be brought back.
More information: The KB dory was soooo fun, we all at one point launched someone into the void to win the game, another reason is there is nothing to spend your emeralds on. once you have 16 pearls, full diamond, diamond sword and a jetpack, you have nothing to spend your emeralds on.
Just read through this and realised how cringe it sounds lol.
So we should add a price boost to 9 EMS for 1 Dory that way we can balance it out and if I wanted 3 doryās I need to spend 27 emeralds. Another reason is it was just soo fun in customs like no one can disagree with me there XD.
True in some forms, but pre removal, I have barely seen it in use, and for all of Season 3 (~750 games for me) I saw aboutā¦ THREE DORIES!!! And about 0% killed me. Soā¦ itās kind of weak if you can suspect it in advance, which by how they play can show a sign.
Not all players can just do that. Itās a lot of work, and itās fair to want a dory to help them if they are worse. What if their opponents are camping, with obsidian on their bed and enough fireballs to kill 10 diamond armour players?*
*not gonna happen, but you know what I meanā¦
Also, it wouldnāt hurt much to have, and would defend against all hackers that take KB (if they have Anti KB, RIP), so it could be a lifesaver.
Dorys really were the only fair tool against hackers. Now itās really hard to get a win. I played against people who used dorys and a pearl is a very nice counter!
But back in the day, I can say that having a Knockback Two item was horrible. I used it myself, sure, but it was very imbalanced and definitely a carry.
Knockback One would make it the same as Nemo, so I might accept the return of a āless-knockback Doryā, if you will.

I think the Knockback Dory should come back for 3 main reasons:
We have jetpacks now. A dory aint doing sh-
Parties. Try to go up against a mafia of coordinated people solo and youād be demolished. Youād atleast be able to push them back or something.
Itās a good emerald spender. Wings and Dories complimented each other where 1 knocks you off and one brings you back up. Jetpacks couldāve done the same thing, where enough dories can get rid of jetpacks and enough jetpacks can get rid of your dories.
Though, season 4 has already been released and unless we get a mid-season content update, the dory is probably staying dead until then.
We have jetpacks now. Itās a huge way to counter how OP jetpacks are, and it at least gives a better chance against cheaters that donāt use anti-KB. Even with dories, jetpacks are almost 100x more helpful and most players might not buy them anymore. Not gonna lie, I kinda liked the dory.
Besides, dories are kinda iconic in a way. Nemos are such a cool feature from skywars, that little small chance you get that ends up fun in a way. I always liked getting a nemo and spamming my way to a win. Dories are like nemos, just expect them and youāre fine.
i think the dory should be brought back. some people might think its too op, but we have jet packs now which are a good counter to dories. they should also make the price more expensive because in some games people just spam dories and eventually your jetpack explodes. maybe 10 emeralds?
I agree dory should get back, at least in squad, because :
-Without it, 1/2 pf players who are playing on unbalanced devices (such has mobile, switch 1) do not stand a chance to win when against someone with high pvp skill ( someone with a pc for example).
Dory was almost an instant kill object, so even if youāre bad, u still had an opportunities to eleminate your āinvincibleā opponent.
Squad is a strategy game, of teamwork, upgrade and destroying beds. Iām boring of always losing because all my 7 try to kill a pc player failed in a row.
Yeah bring it back, my Ems become obsolete to fast late game if someone is good at the game it just adds a nice advantage and it is crazy satisfying to watch.
Hi, I would love and agree that the Dory should return someday, but evolved for Bedwars strategies. It was advantageous for the players who used it and disadvantageous for those who suffered, like traveling to the Void, haha. At least it was fun to push people at the end of the game when you had a lot of emeralds, or simply to set up your strategy with a Reacher. And the very experienced players who gave a lot of CPS, who seemed like hackers, and in a 1v4 you could lure them near the Void, so it was a very good strategy. The Dory was a super fun item. It should return, maybe with a push or more balanced prices. It was a very iconic item along with the Nemo from Skywars. Iām sure that sooner or later that old companion will return so I had already cast my vote.
