Ehhhhhhh. They are probably focusing on the jb and mm updates coming up and adding trios is the same as squads. Maps and concepts shd be the same only difference is amount of players on each team.

I doubt trios would pose much difficulty to the competent high staff. This really wouldn’t be difficult in comparison to what they’ve shown they’re capable of; it would be a welcome addition for a lot of us, however.

at the release of bedwars, i was extremely disappointed with the removal of trios. it was my main treasure wars mode, and i would probably assume it got me 80% of my levels. logging on and seeing that there’s going to be a new gamemode for bedwars seemed weird, because if i recall, the main reason for the removal was to distribute gameplay to the other gamemodes.

I personally think a party of 3 can just queue Squads, since you still have a majority of the team in your party. I’ve never really bothered with Trios, and I don’t see any purpose with it… Trios being a Limited Time Mode wouldn’t help either, as the LTMs so far have been chaotic and have larger lobbies. They seem as they’re meant for larger parties, and Trios doesn’t eliminate much clutter.
The difference between 3 and 5 members are that 3 people can queue Solos with no problem and Squads with only 1 person that’s not in your party. With 5 members, you’re taking up over half of the Solos lobby, 1 person might be less coordinated in Duos with 2 fully coordinated teams, and 1 person left out in Squads. They added Manor to solve that, despite all the lag complaints. They’ve done the math.
What would I suggest? I think Trios would only be added when there’s 2 LTMs for 1 season. What do I think will happen? I don’t think Trios will be added. Sky Trios got vaulted because they’ve done the math. I don’t think it’s worth it, as I think Trios might only be popular for a while upon addition, then die out. That’s why I think it should be a LTM, but since BedWars LTMs look like they’re trying to help bigger parties fit in a game in balanced teams (or atleast close enough teams), I don’t think it’ll be added.
