Trios should be brought back to bw bc bedwars has so many plays and it wouldnt effect the queue times

agreed their reasoning is stupid but they wont listen as adding trios wont make money, and i dont blame them, thats how business works so
The only suggestions they would ever add are ones that can be monetized or the most minor bugfix

Trios would not attract many new players… but Mega would. Their mega/trios reasoning, is, in my opinion, way too illogical to be their actual reasoning. I think they actually removed those modes because they were too sweat dominated, and this is just cover logic because they don’t want to admit they have a sweat problem, since doing that would make the ‘issue’ (I personally don’t see it as an issue) worse.

I know they q’ed squads more often, but waayyy more of the trios population, by percentage, was sweats. same with mega in both tw and Skywars,and with SkyWars trios. thats why I think they actually removed them.

Bump. Trios is hopefully added because if u dont know, season 2 is just around the corner and bedwars pretty much everyday has about 10000 players. The queue time thing doesnt matter and if trios were added, there would be less sweat teams

They NEVER add any major ideas from forums, just go look at the top voted posts, the added things are always minor to the point where it’s just as likely they they added it before thinking of the suggestion, it’s rare that a decent post is accepted, and even then it’s usually not “adding” something but maybe just making a change or correction that the community wanted

3 suggestions from the forums that were added that aren’t suggestions with little impact:
- Planet pet
- Added bridge API
- Removed skill-based mm from bridge
Also, if they wanted to add posts with high vote counts like Hive++, they would’ve done it by now. It’s their server, they can add whatever they want within reason.
A decent post is an opinion. Just because you think a lot of accepted ideas aren’t the best or better ones could’ve been picked, doesn’t mean others feel the same way.
Precisely, that’s why the forums exist. They don’t have to host the hive forums. They don’t have to take ideas from the community. But every accepted idea is a change in some capacity. No matter how big it is. We should be grateful this opportunity exists.

None of the “accepted ideas” seem like ones that were accepted “because of forums”
Planet pet… is just a pet
the api may have been accepted from the forum community, but doesn’t provide value to the server, and should have just been there in the first place…
And the removal of the match making seemed more due to player count issues than “accepting the idea”
If posts are not decided by community and just hive then might as well just “remove the voting, remove the commenting”
I remember a time where a staff literally said “you can suggest it, but we decide if we like it or not” making it seem that they don’t care for community’s thoughts…
hive should actually listen to what the community wants, not “the staff that isn’t the community”
(Also this is just one of MANY big issues I have with hive which is why I basically quit)

I will say, they’ve been accepting a lot more ideas recently
Now if those were accepted as a result of the suggestion is a completely different story, but they’ve been trying to make an improvement (or not who realy knows)

Yea like @Gr33nPuffin said they have been accepting a lot of ideas lately but to get back on topic, we dont know pretty much anything abt season 2, I personally think this will be added in season 2 but like hive said they accept posts if they like them.

tbh I feel like maybe the only reason these forums exist are to make people FEEL like they have a voice.
The so called ‘accepted ideas’ are almost always new unlike this post, and almost always are things they planned and so it isn’t even a result of forum suggestions.
