I’ve been playing this game a lot lately, and there are players who send things like [person with 〇〇 traits is an assassin] in the chat. I think it would be better to limit the chat because if this is done, the assassin will be at a huge disadvantage.
Well, it means the murd exposed themselfs so it’s their fault.

I agree with this but they will never do it the game is called murder mystery it doesn’t mean rat out the murderer

They do restrict chat, ghost chat cannot be seen by alive people. It’s part of the game, the best solution is to discourage it.
I agree that its annoying but people like chating in mm maybe just make in bannable

It’s not really an issue imo, if your good enough it shouldn’t matter if you get called out. if you’ve ever played Java (hypixel mm) it’s the total opposite, if they know ur it they’ll put ur name in chat and you just have to deal with it and play better to not die yk? I think you have a good heart but it’s not realistically gonna work lol, just like how teamers rarely ever get reported 
Also cactus: even if you restrict public chat, party chat is still an option I’m pretty sure so that won’t really effect much

I do know about party chat but I do not think that should be restricted. Me and my friends love to talk but we don’t tell each other who the murderer is.. If they restricted party chat we would not be able to talk to each other even with pc. And plus anyone could still do vc or discord.

I disagree, as it’s part of the game for me. The murderer should be trying to stay undetected to avoid this from happening, and you can also just mute chat while playing MM if it’s something you prefer to not see.
