I am playing from a pc, windows 10 and bedrock edition. So on the lobby from the server on that train when it climbs blocks from a high height, the player glitches and doesn’t touch the seat as you can see on my screenshot.

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This isn’t an issue and is, unfortunately, the way the game works when mounting the train and its change in elevation.
