I have already done many reports and received rewards two or three times.
So theoretically I wasn’t given enough quest points because it wasn’t the first time I got rewarded, but that’s not a big deal, I just wanted to report it.

There has been no recent change to the maximum amount of QP you can achieve with reporting. As part of updates to the reporting system, we did a general reset of the underlying data set, which bumped everyone back down to the lowest reputation level and thus rewards. 400 remains the max, and since the change from 3200 400 has also been “infinite” where 3200 wasn’t.
For additional context, the super high levels were initially added with the goal of only having a handful of “top reporters” hitting these levels. Whilst I can understand it’s frustrating to go from tons of free products to less, I hope it’s understandable that this wasn’t sustainable with pretty much all dedicated players continuously receiving a high-dollar equivalent in rewards. Rewards are there to be a small extra perk/boost to reporting, not a workaround to get everything for free.
To be super clear, we have no changes planned to this system as we think infinite 400 is more than fair for the effort of reporting.
