Basically the replay just could not load, it was a custom game hosted by EvidentP. I won the game and cared so I just wanted to view the replay and it did not load.

There are a few reasons that they may have happened. You mentioned that this was a replay of a custom game hosted by a content creator. Sometimes, such replays are too large for the Replay Cinema to handle due to the higher-than-usual number of players or additional entities due to the CS settings.
