This post will definitely cause controversy, but I believe it’s a good idea. Just hear me out.
If you don’t know what Mob game is, then I’ll quickly explain it to you. Mob Game was a LTM (Limited Time Minigame) that was made in December of 2024. In that game, you fight others as mobs from, well, Minecraft. The more kills, the higher class you earn. You also upgrade mobs each kill, so each level is a different move set. Once you get all mobs (10 spooky scary monsters), you win!
My Personal View.
When I played this game, I immediately fell in love with it. Being able to play an actual skill-based game with different levels and cool cosmetics really made me feel like the Hive was improving…
until the game was officially over.
Sadly, all good things come to an end and Mob Game was one of them. A really good game that I cared for thrown away, yet it’s supposedly being kept safe for later LTMs. But ImNotBritish107, what does this have to do with the idea?
Just get rid of one of the bad games (ex. Parkour Worlds, Groundwars, etc.) and replace it with Mob Game. Simple!
But why is this a good idea? Why should we get rid of a complete game and add a semi-complete game?
For this question, I’ve got a few questions for you. Would you rather battle others as mobs to win big, or throw eggs at each other until one side wins by sheer luck? Would you rather feel the adrenaline course through your veins while killing every mob in sight, or jump around in an unfinished game? The semi-finished game would be finished with extra levels, cosmetics, more mobs, and maps, so you don’t have to worry about it feeling incomplete.
In my opinion, this is a very obvious answer since Mob Game was the only game I enjoyed playing, but it’s really the Hive team’s opinion. And it’s your opinion whether or not you want this to be added. Thank you for reading my personal opinion and have a great day!
