Seems like they’re spending ALL the time on Bedwars (nothing against) so they didn’t had time to remove it.

5 seconds? Im pretty sure they don’t just have to break blocks there, It takes time to remove it from the code/config

While the hive works on major projects, they don’t put out enough extra time to update those small details that you see. This is most likely the reason why it’s delayed. I’m pretty sure this will be fixed up soon, and this was no need for a suggestion.
