I usually play the hive early in the morning, around 6-8am, and I find it quite hard to find games with players in them, can you add a setting to see how many players are playing a game in your region specifically? Thanks!
Why not… change to a different region? I see no point, as you can simply read the playercounts

Those player counts are the combined total of all regions. Switching regions would help queue times, but if you already have a bad connection, this isn’t something you’d want to even try. It’d be too laggy to enjoy any game.
If they added this, people can play a different game, without having bad connection to the server.

I don’t see why this can’t be added. I think adding the player counts in the Global Selector would be the best choice. It’s weird how you can’t see the total player count in your own region in-game.
