Add refund tickets kinda like Fortnite where if you buy something from the hive store you can get a refund and get a different one of those items but you only get 3 and when you use all 3 your tickets are out and you cannot get any more
Unfortunately I don’t think this is possible, at the moment to get a refund on the marketplace you need to go through (from what I heard) an extremely long process that basically is long enough to where most people don’t bother getting a refund.
The way you describe it may make it allowed, but I doubt Microsoft would allow it, so I think the hive best not risk it.

With the extreme price of new mounts (especially for mount owners) this would be kinda nice to have rn
We are unable to implement this suggestion; all purchases are handled through the Minecraft Marketplace, and as such, we are unable to process refunds.
If you wish to obtain a refund, you should contact Minecraft’s support team.
