Refactor party queuing for CTF

If facing a full party of 6 when playing ctf, it can be REALLY hard to win/have fun in (even for a player as good as me) if the party is full of sweats.

My idea to counter this is to refactor how ctf queuing works for parties, I have a couple of ideas:

  1. Max 3 in a party, any more results in them placed on the other team (If theres anymore then it will alternate)

  2. Max 3 in a party final, anymore wont let you queue into the game.

3 (the more unlikely). Max 3 in party, if theres more then the party is queued into a “private” game played for no xp or anything such as leaderboard and stuff, teams are as balanced number wise as it can.

This once again is trying to help fix one of the many issues with capture the flag, theres other issues such as a potential cheating issue (which im not sure is that concerning) and people leaving midgame. But the game is just not it for a casual player to play on since issues like these just move people away from the game.
