Rarity for unlocks

Idea: Show the rarity of the unlocks (/unlocks, your global unlocks like costume and avatar).

More information: The rarity of a specific unlock would be shown in the unlock image. There would be a few colours that indicates the rarity.

  • Gray : Common
  • Green : Uncommon/Rare
  • Purple/Gold : Epic

It will indicates the player of how rare his/her unlock is.

  1. The three hub titles that can be obtained via acheiving a level in a certain game are common, that’s why they have a gray image border.

  2. There are two hub titles awarded via completing the parkour. Those are rare, hence they have a green image border.

  3. The unlocks given via a bundle, a marketplace costume or a hunt are very rare (epic). They have a gold or purple color, Of course, the colors can change :slight_smile:

All of the hub unlocks would have a specific border color.

I think that one of the flaws would be the confusion on why the borders are filled with a certain color. Or simply why the image doesn’t have a gold/orange image.

This is a very good suggestion, but rn they show a preview of what the hub title looks like. If its replaced with this, there will be no way for players to see their own hub titles, and basically not know what it looks like until they see themselves in someone else’s screenshot

Please read the entire thing.
I just want to replace the border image color and not the text on the right.

The preview of the Hub Title with the colors will not be impacted.

Same with avatars and costumes. Look at the examples please. :slight_smile:

I mean they can change the rarity of that hub title since it was only available for a period of time and is therefore no longer obtainable.

I would make LTM hub titles epic because once the mode goes away you can’t get that hub title. At all.

Marketplace costumes should be rare because it’s very contradictory to have epic hub titles be more common than rare hub titles.

This seems pretty epic suggestion. Maybe rare color should be blue?

Oh, I see now. excuse my single braincell for missing that out.
(I actually assumed it was a texture pack ;-; )

Anyway, I’m sure that’s 1 image repeated to all the titles.
If we are gonna give it a different color outline, maybe we can just have different color letters/ the words written right in there (eg.- Epic, Common, etc.)
Basically, making it easier to notice :smiley:
