/random commands still broken

What is the bug?
The cosmetic random commands such as “/costume random”, “/avatar random” and others are still broken, even though it was announced in the Small Change Roundup that it was patched.

stuff like /costume random and /avatar random dont work on NA still

In that case, NA will be updated and receive this fix in the near future!
