Unfortunately, we’ll require more information about this issue, since we couldn’t replicate it consistently.
By chance did it fix after re-joining the server or is this still an occurring issue?

Ye it was fixed when I rejoined but it still happens to me some times

Any map, it’s quest related.
What is the bug?
After completing a quest. I type /hub. Except I do it by up-arrowing and hitting ‘enter’, and accidentally I do that more than once. If I change hubs more than once, then up-arrow to select ‘/quest’ and hit enter, I cannot complete the quest.
Attempting to complete the quest and collect the quest points multiple times, it does not register. I don’t know if I’m getting the quest points or not. I can ‘complete’ the quest infinite times. But it won’t let me attempt a new quest.
SOLUTION: exit HIVE, re-connect to HIVE, problem resolved.
