Quest master not cancelling a quest

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
What was affected - I personally was on NA in the main hub. Since it was through the quest master, I expect that all regions are affected by this.

What is the bug?
When trying to cancel a quest master quest it will not cancel. I expect it’s something to do with the puzzles giving quest points making some sort of bug to not be able to cancel it.

Device(s) & Version
iOS with the latest version that is currently available.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. After a relog you should be able to cancel it if not changing to another region may help, do you or does anyone else have more information on this issue?

it just appears randomly

This happens to me every so often. Relogging fixes it.
