Quest Master Doesn’t Let Me Accept His Quests

What is the bug?
Whenever I try to accept a quest from the Quest Master, it always takes me back to the menu and doesn’t accept the quest (I know it didn’t accept it because of /quest).

Nintendo Switch (2018)
Minecraft 1.19.70
