If you have a skin with a custom geometry, all the hats will remove the head layer of said geometry to make the hit fit on the head, The Purple Party Hat, does not. My geometry continues to show and it clashes with the hat. This is on Windows 10, screenshot taking today.

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
Although we don’t support custom geometry on skins, this issue affects costumes as well. So it has been logged and will be looked into in due time.
