Preserve or Freeze Login Streaks During Server Issues

Idea:

When Hive experiences technical issues that prevent players from logging in, players’ Login Streaks should be preserved or frozen.

More information:

During the last Hive maintenance, my Login Streak was interrupted. I believe that if players are unable to log in due to Hive’s own technical issues (such as server maintenance), the system should automatically preserve their Login Streaks.

Some players only have time to play at night. If they already can’t play during the day and then encounter server maintenance at night, their streak is forced to break, which feels unfair.

I have currently maintained a Login Streak of 81 days, and I would be very upset if it were broken because of this. :smiling_face_with_tear: :smiling_face_with_tear: :smiling_face_with_tear:

Thank you for letting us know about your understandable concerns. We usually give out a free streak saver if maintenance lasts a long time. This will almost certainly be the case today, and we will definitely discuss it before streaks reset at midnight UTC.
