Design a system where Power-Ups generate on a more consistent basis, and at a higher chance, on the highest floor someone is on.
-The game already has code that recognizes what floor someone is on (the timer right as floor is about to disappear recognizes you dropping down early)
-Makes the higher floors more valuable than they currently are (which is opinionatedly not very, especially due to the timer that erases floors one by one WHICH IS GOOD IN MY EYES)
-You can use feathers to reach the higher floors anyways so if you want to get better odds of collecting Power-Ups, shoot up to a higher floor
-Power-Ups in general are very impactful at the higher levels of play but are largely outside of your control, whether it be where it lands and what you get.
-You can still drop Power-Ups on the lower floors, just at a lower chance.
