Player being offline to other friend

When I join the hive for my friend (whitjac) I says I’m offline and when I invite him to a party it tells him he has an incoming invite and when he check it show nothing. This also happens the other way around

I have not touched the Appear Online toggle.

This doesn’t matter:
Me: Windows
Him: PS4

This issue seems to happen when a player hasn’t logged in before or they log in again after a very long time.

You should no longer be experiencing any issues inviting each other to your parties, please reach out again if there are any.
