Party Wither Skeleton skin isn't working

What is the bug?
The skin called “Party Wither Skeleton” is making my character a yellow steve
Device(s) & Version
Xbox,1.16.200

Screenshots and/or video:
I will ty and get video asap

(Also if this is intentional then how can the skin know as “Wither” be worn?It has complete different proportions and can be seen anywhere while the wither skeleton is just a thinner version of Steve)

This is down to Mojang not sending us the correct data about this skin.

This issue has already been reported and logged :slight_smile:
