Given Prestige 1 was out over a month, I believe that Bedwars Season 5 should be released next year in 2027. This is because for the average player who just began at the year 2026 might find it difficult to even get level 100 let alone level 100 twice. For my case, I’m level 188. However, most players who play bedwars would welcome the extended time frame to give them time to play before Season 5. For instance, if it comes out at April or May 2026, then players might find it overwhelming adding another 100 levels, totalling 300 levels (prestige 2). Let me know if some players disagree on that.
I’m level 61 and in my opinion this is not a good season so they should end it soon (in a month or two). I see what ur saying tho.
Hold up, that’s extremely short, while the suggestion is extremely long.
Average players will never max to prestige 5. And it’s not like you are forced to be mad at the end of each season.
This is by far my favorite Bedwars season, but it definitely shouldn’t last a whole year.
Was it specified that Pres 2 would release with Season 5? I can’t remember if it was or not! Either way, as NotYoshi said, many players don’t prestige. I don’t think many MM players find it unfair, there’s a good amount of those who have and haven’t prestiged. May 2026 should be enough time passing to release Season 5. If I recall correctly, I think there was a 6 month gap in most of the previous seasons? Not progressing a season for an entire year might lose some players that are interested in the features each season offers. :>

lets not do that far, maybe just like 2-4 month periods.
Season 1 was one year though… as Season 2 released in February 2025.
If I’m not mistaken, Season 1 was April to January. But I think there was a pre-season in there somewhere. Anyway, I don’t think seasons should be a year, but lengthening them would be the best thing Hive could do.
9 months and 27 days. So it did happened in the past. Maybe 10 months then so Season 5 releases at August 1st 2026. So it be 7 months and 13 days.

Season one ran way longer than anyone planned or expected. Hive won’t do that again, and it wasn’t their goal. It just took time to make Season two.

That’s because of it was the first season, hive was still getting used to the new game.
True, but it was the first season, the game was new. It didn’t lose attention because it was new and players were interested in the concept! They still are, but a year wait between seasons might certainly lose some players that aren’t the biggest fan of the current season. A couple months wait should be all that’s necessary, I think. :>

I would prefer two seasons a year, around the Season 2 and 3 release dates. Six months might be too much, but it’s better to let hype build then constantly rush to the next thing.

2 seasons per year is perfect
1 major season in same date as Season 4 jut before holidays and 1 minor season in may cuz that is also a very peak holidays month

I agree to some extent, however, players are awaiting for an huge update for Skywars with Skyblock or a way to make xp easier and more user friendly. Another example is Murder Mystery with a new LTM and its lobby not released yet either. If developers only focus on Bedwars then players will be disappointed as Murder Mystery and Skywars won’t get as much attention either.

Important: If it is two seasons per year, are there going to be another 100 levels per season, so 200 levels per year. Then its going to go on forever and to the point where the majorty players might find it “wowwww, impossible” if it goes for infinite. To buy time, maybe split the levels to 50 per season instead of 100 levels. Like 250 for Season 5 and 300 for Season 6?

Prestige only goes to level 5, so more levels would only be added for four more seasons, then no more.
Idk if you’ve played much murder mystery or if you were around back in the days of treasure wars, but Prestiging only has 600 levels. You reach level 100, then prestige once, then climb back up to level 100 (reaching 100 twice, so 200 total), then prestige again, reaching prestige two, but this doesn’t go on forever, it caps at prestige 5, level 100, or a total of 600 levels altogether. Prestiging is also optional, at any point you can just choose to not reset your levels.
