For me it was on EU and only in the gamemodes SG a few times and Skywars once

I think that it is some kind of renderring issue but basically I play on a low end pc which is why I have low rebder distance also, I dont use any 3rd party texture packs or something like that to make it go to 4 or something thats not possible in vanilla. Also it just makes the game basically lost because you cant see them and in games like SG you die within a few hits

When I saw the bug happen my last time it was on Windows10 and the version I cant remember but I think it still exists.
