The Copper Spear - A Forums Suggestion. 
The Brainstorming. 
With the upcoming game drop relating to Copper, I thought a new weapon would seem fitting, especially with those slick new Copper tools.
It also makes sense due to Rodger Badgermanās newest leak:
For those who donāt understand, maybe believe it means āSpearā. Or itās just a pear update. Nonetheless, a new weapon would be nice it have, even if itāll act similar to the trident.
The Model. 
Now, Iām going to be completely and fully honest with you: I practically copied another talented artists homework, but added different colours and elements to it. Sorry, but my spears before the stealing looked like shovels.

The Functionality. 
Iāve heard some people say itās similar to Odinās Spear, but this spear is a little different. Odinās Spear doesnāt show up in SkyWars, so this one would be a great alternative.
Like the trident, youāll have the ability to throw it towards another person. That canāt be the only functionality thoughā¦ there has to be something more.
When Copper was first released during the Caves and Cliffs update, they added a new block called the Lightning Rod. When placed in the right conditions (thunderstorm), it would attract lighting to its exact location.
With this in mind, it only makes sense for the spear to have lightning abilities once it hits a solid block, thundering upon their enemies. If the spear is thrown directly at the player, it deals the same damage as a stone sword.
Youāll only get this item from ender chests and the main chest. Sorry!
