Bouncy Boots!
They will just be green-dyed shoes with Jump Boost II on them. Pretty simple, actually. They will show up rarely in Emerald Ore and they’ll show up sometimes in Ender Chests and the Big Ender Chest.
The X-tra Boost!
When you need to get out of a situation, all you need to do or hold down crouch for a while (5-10 seconds) and let go. You’ll be sent flying into the air and landing in the direction you were looking towards. When you land, your boots will brake, but now you’ve got a chance of escape!
