Idea:

A new rule will be enforced. You can only loot the chests in front or behind you, so people don’t get an unfair advantage.

I don’t want this added. If you take the time to become quick enough to loot faster than most people, then you should be allowed receive the advantage you earned. My recommendation is to take the time necessary to get better at looting chests. This isn’t an unfair advantage; it’s a skill based advantage. You can vote for your own post too. Have a great day!

What I’m about to say could be an incorrect interpretation of what @Daeali means, but, as I understand it, @Daeali is complaining that there are sometimes the sweats, who loot the cornucopia (the group of chests at the center of SG maps) super quickly and often get multiple. @Daeali is requesting the addition of some system to prevent people from looting more than two of the chests at spawn.

Yea I agree completely with how this is a skill advantage, just like bridging for example, people practice that so they can have an advantage and that shouldn’t be frowned upon

Agreed. I believe the best option for you @Daeali would be either two things:

  1. Use a keyboard and mouse (faster click speeds etc.)
  2. Try ‘selective picking’. Go for the strongest (or most useful) item in the chest first to secure an advantage.

No, that would remove an aspect of skill from the game. I recommend simply aiming for a specific item or chest, or simply not looting spawn (On some maps this can be the better option). Restricting the looting of chests would suck as not every chest is guaranteed to have what you’re looking for.

How would they know that? They don’t have your brain.

There isn’t a way to do that as there is simply too many items, how would the game know what you need? Also, again that would remove a skill aspect from the game.
